Outlaw ATV Park Rules
Unfortunately rules are important and a necessity for the safety of all Outlaw ATV Park visitors. Please do us and yourself the service of reading and following the short list of rules below.
1.
Outlaw ATV Park allows ATVs and dirtbikes, but NO JEEPS and NO TRUCKS in the trails. 
2.
The speed limit in the parking lot and around the campsites is a maximum of 10 mph.
Wreckless or dangerous operation of any ATV will not be tolerated.

No riders under the age of 2 allowed.
Your children are always welcome in the park.
However, we will not allow children under the age two to ride an ATV.
NO, NOT EVEN IN A CARSEAT WITH A HELMET.
3. NO riders between the ages of 2 and 18 without a signed Parent/Guardian consent form.
4. ALL entrants to the park are required to sign a waiver of responsibility on every visit.
5. Be responsible and safe. Follow all ATV manufacturers safety guidelines and warnings.
6. Outlaw ATV Park STRONGLY recommends wearing helmets.
7. Outlaw ATV Park STRONGLY discourages riding with multiple riders.
8.
NO LITTERING - haul ALL TRASH out to the dumpster.
9.
NO Glass bottles or containers.
10. All state alcohol laws apply.
Failure to follow the rules listed above or the authority on duty at the park can result in temporary or permanent EXPULSION FROM PARK.
